Product Description

The Prenox A620045 400mm Gas Griddle Top is a modular commercial cooking unit with two LPG burners and a smooth steel cooking plate. Each burner has a stated heat input of 3 kWh, with separate cooking zones for controlled cooking across the 360 × 500mm grill area. The 16mm smooth steel plate is designed for uniform heat distribution and includes a cooking surface that can be cleaned after use. The unit has a 3-litre removable fat collection drawer, battery ignition and a Hi-Lo gas control valve with safety cut-out. A flame failure safety device is fitted to the gas system, while the recessed stainless steel control panel helps protect the controls from accidental adjustment. The griddle also features a three-sided splash guard and can be fitted to a suitable modular base.
