Fruit Pulper – 100–150kg/hr Commercial Fruit & Vegetable Pulping Machine

The Fruit Pulper is a commercial food-processing machine designed for chopping, size reduction and pulping of suitable soft fruits and vegetables. Processing capacity is approximately 100–150kg per hour, depending on the type and condition of the product being processed.

Prepared fruit or vegetables are placed into the inlet feed hopper and pass into the processing chamber. A rotating pulping arm works against blades or shredding fingers, depending on the required processing application. The processed material is then forced through a screen and discharged through the delivery chute into a suitable collection container.

The resulting pulp can be used for further food-processing applications, including pasteurisation or additional processing to produce a thinner juice product. The machine is suitable for commercial fruit and vegetable processing operations, including juice and pulp production.

Important: Large stones or pips must be removed from the fruit before processing. For example, mangoes should be prepared by removing large stones before being placed into the machine.
